Welcome to the Agents Direct Program! SaysMe.TV to give you a new opportunity to earn extra cash using your video-making skills. Now you can offer your existing clients (and thousands of potential new clients) the ability to purchase customized ads on TV through you, at airtime prices as low as $6 per ad on major cable networks!

You win in two ways - clients pays for your production skills, and SaysMe helps you land more clients by allowing you to offer low-cost, targeted TV advertising to prospective clients.

Here's how it works:

(1) Sign Up

Check the list of cities on the right. If your market is available fill out the form below. Be sure to enter your contact information because your production house will be shown to businesses who use SaysMe to find local producers for their TV ads.

(2) Download Marketing Material

SaysMe gives you marketing materials to help sell your television advertising services. Once you sign up and upload your company's logo, you'll be able to download the following items:

  • A customized PDF sales booklet that you can leave with your customers, imprinted with your contact information. The sales booklet answers the questions most clients ask.
  • A sample client-videographer Agreement. Form professional relationships with your clients using this sample agreement as a guide.
  • Talent Release. If you intend to use talent for your shoot but are not sure what they need to sign you can use this as a guide.
  • Sample Prices by Cable Zone. Simply enter the zip code of a prospective client and you can print out a full spectrum of available networks, prices and timeslots to present.

(3) Develop a Client Acquisition Plan

Review your past clients, and imagine how would benefit from local spot cable TV advertising.

Think of everyone you know who would benefit from running ads on TV - if they only knew how.

(4) Shoot and Upload Video

  1. Arrange with the client to shoot a video that can be edited for a 30-second spot to air on TV. Remember, the goal is to build a relationship where the client can afford to run multiple ads over an extended period, while you earn recurring fees.
  2. We suggest keeping your price affordable - generally under $500. If your clients need a less expensive option, choose a template ad from our website and customize it with the client's information.
  3. After shooting the ad, edit it, then upload it using our simple interface. The technical requirement can be found by clicking the "Upload New Ad" button in your producer dashboard. When the ad has been successfully uploaded the ad will appear in your "Ad Library." The ad will also appear on the library page of the Local Business section of SaysMe. Please invite your clients to visit this page to begin purchasing TV airtime.

(5) Client Makes Purchases

The client's ad will remain in our library, so that they can log on in future and run the ad again. Each time the client buys airtime, we'll send a confirmation email to let them know when the ad will run.

(6) Rinse, Wash, Repeat

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accepting the terms and conditions of the SaysMe Agents Direct Program you agree to the following:

1. The contact information you supply will be publicly visible to users and businesses searching for local video producers based on zip code search.

2. You will only upload video content that make a genuine attempt to adhere to Broadcast Standards and Practices. SaysMe and our cable partners reserve the right to reject questionable content.

3. Video content owner is determined by the agreement between the producer and the client.

4. SaysMe reserves all of its rights in its trade names and trademarks, service marks and all intellectual property rights associated with the Program Materials. Nothing herein shall be construed as a grant or assignment of any rights in any intellectual property owned by SaysMe including, without limitation, any of its trademarks or service marks.

5. SaysMe retains the right to use all videos uploaded as marketing and service examples. Your video content will not be used by, or given to other entities, for advertising use without the expressed written consent of the content owner. The content owner is determined according to the agreement forged between the video producer and client.

6. All videos with a political agenda must communicate the "Paid for by" information within the video. If this information is unclear, SaysMe may ask the video producer to upload a modified version of the ad.

7. Video producers submitting videos that communicate a political message must provide substantiating documentation for ALL claims made in the video. Documentation must come form credible sources. Acceptance or rejection decisions will be made by SaysMe's cable partners after due diligence is performed on substantiating documentation.
